I had a great experience with this Sabri at Timmons. Sabri and I had been in touch for a couple of weeks before I came in to finalize a deal. I appreciate Sabri's patience in answering my questions and not pressuring me to come in. He constantly followed up with me to make sure I had all the information I needed and updated me on their inventory. My dad was also present and helped me communicate with Sabri. I had my heart set on a Crosstrek for a few years and I finally felt comfortable going through with the purchase. I will be the first to admit that Subaru wasn’t even in my radar for consideration. I decided on a Subaru when I read all the consumer safety recommendations. We had a very quick and smooth process in buying our 2025 Forster thanks to the warm, polite, and professional care of Sabri Algaza. Sabri arranged an incredible price through Consumer Reports’ car buying program, and made it worth our while to drive from Pasadena to Long Beach to arrange the purchase in about 1 hour! Sabri made all the difference in sorting out final arrangements—he went above and beyond. One of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had.
I inquired about a 2025 Subaru Ascent Onyx Edition online and Timmons Subaru reached out to me and was able to help me walk through the process of trading-up from my 2020 Outback. They answered all my questions and we set up date/time to meet at the dealership.
When I arrived, Sabri met me and we went straight to the car for a test drive. He was very nice and personable which is essential when it comes to trusting a car salesman.
When we got back, we went over which options would fit my financial needs best, and Sabri and the rest of the team were very quick to crunch the numbers. They quickly showed me the numbers within my range, and it was a done deal. From the arrival, to the test drive, to paperwork, and getting the keys, it was all just about 3 hours.
For me, that's a huge win! There are some dealerships where I've been there for 6 to 12 hours trying to negotiate and figure out numbers and have even walked away. Sabri and the team made it so easy. Even Miles at financing was super kind and personable and made me feel comfortable knowing that I chose the right vehicle.
I would 100% recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a Subaru. Ask for Sabri if you want the best experience!

Def recommend reaching out to Sabri at Timmons. He was able to text/email lot of great info and dif purchase/lease options before I made it in. Other dealerships wanted me to come in first and weren't 100% upfront. As a Fortune 500 sales executive myself, Sabri comes off as a real honest guy who isn't trying to trick or upsell. Sabri is great at informing and educating so you feel happy and confident with your purchase. Also had a lot of great info that helped me decide on the right model within my budget and driving application. If you want a less stressful car buying experience, and someone who is going to be very honest and upfront, def go with Sabri. One of the first things he told me was that his goal was to have me as a repeat customer and someone who would refer others his way. Will def be recommending him to my family/friends.

I had a great experience purchasing my Subaru Outback from Sabri at Timmons Subaru. I made a same day appointment to come in and check out their 2025 Subaru Outbacks over the phone. I had previously purchased an Impreza in 2022 from Timmons Subaru, but due to recent life events, I was now looking for a bigger vehicle. I had a good experience my first time and decided to come back.
Sabri greeted me promptly upon arrival, and had the Outback ready for a test drive. He took the time to help educate me about the vehicle and we had good conversations to make sure it was the right fit for my needs. Ultimately, I did decide to purchase the vehicle and Sabri and the Timmons team walked me through the whole process form start to finish.
A few weeks later and I am very happy with my decision on the new car as well as with the experience Sabri and the team at Timmons provided. Will definitely be going back and recommending Sabri and Timmons to others who find themselves in the market for a Subaru.

Timmons Subaru of Long Beach, what can I say. They were one of the better Subaru dealerships in SoCal. I was in the market for a 2024 premium WRX and inquired for it within a 60 mile radius. They were very capable and a fair to work with.
I would recommend Sabri if you're in the market for a Subaru. He and Ratana (RC) worked with me to come to an agreement before handing me the keys to my WRX. Sabri has one of the best customer service that I have came across my life when in the market for cars. He and RC did everything they can and are very accommodating, two men true to their words.
I would drive from the IE to Timmons just to work with those two if I need another Subaru in the future

I came in to test drive some cars, not sure as to which I wanted. I was assisted by Henry Park, which was SUPER HELPFUL, and not to mention very knowledgeable about the cars I test drove. I felt very comfortable while on the test drive because I was getting the full rundown on the vehicle we were test driving. He made me make up my mind as to which Subaru model I ended up deciding on. The last few weeks I’ve been in the market to purchase another vehicle and was in the process of test driving cars. I wasn’t planning on buying a brand new car but subie salesman Henry Park worked with me and I was able to secure a Crosstrek. This was my first new car purchase ever and Henry’s friendly down to earth persona made it a great experience. Was a fairly simple process. The young salesman Sabir was outstanding in his knowledge about the cars and his communication. He answered every question in a very timely manner and was not pushy which I loved. He is a very polite and ubeat young man. I would highly recommend him and his dealership. Timmons Subaru of Long Beach, what can I say. They were one of the better Subaru dealerships in SoCal. I was in the market for a 2024 premium WRX and inquired for it within a 60 mile radius. They were very capable and a fair to work with.
I would recommend Sabri if you're in the market for a Subaru. He and Ratana (RC) worked with me to come to an agreement before handing me the keys to my WRX. Sabri has one of the best customer service that I have came across my life when in the market for cars. He and RC did everything they can and are very accommodating, two men true to their words.
I would drive from the IE to Timmons just to work with those two if I need another Subaru in the future
